Precinct Call
The Cherokee County Democratic Party Central Committee is giving the Precinct Call for the organizational meeting of the Precincts and their delegates in Cherokee County.
Officers will be elected for each of the 24 Precincts in Cherokee County. The Precinct Officers (Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary) are responsible for presiding over meetings of the Precinct committees, know the current boundaries of the precinct, know the location of the precinct polling places, actively encourage unregistered voters to register Democrat, read and be familiar with the Democratic Party handbook and Platform, keep the members of their precinct up to date on elections, and other Democratic Party matters. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00pm. All members must be Democrats registered in the Precinct for which they are voting. Voter ID will be required.
At this point in time the meeting will be a combination of in person and online. We are working diligently to accommodate everyone to participate. (Subject to change to all online)
Hard of hearing or deaf accommodations are available.
